At Replacement Slipcover Outlet, we give you the freedom to choose which fabric you would like your slipcover to be made from. Our library includes options from top brands that make durable fabrics that ensure your custom couch covers always look their best. Not only is our fabric selection high quality, but we also made sure to include washable fabric for slipcovers so that maintaining a fresh look is easy.

To find your perfect custom slipcover fabric, simply browse our lines, separated by premium and luxury options. Click on a fabric collection to see what colors are available in that material. We will also happily fill orders using the customer's own material (COM). So whether you like a stiff material or are looking for stretchable slipcovers, we can cater to your fabric and aesthetic preferences. Want to add an extra dose of style? Alternate or contrasting piping is available for an upcharge.

All slipcovers are made to order here in the United States, and the lead time is approx six to eight weeks depending on the availability of the fabric.

Cotton Twill

Classic and durable, this preshrunk 14oz cotton twill comes in an array of colors. It’s easy to wash and a popular choice for custom slipcovers. View Cotton Twill options here.

Microfiber Fabrics*

This microfiber is plush and velvety, with just a hint of texture to add depth. Microfiber is antibacterial, and because ours is sourced from LiveSmart, it has the added benefit of being stain and liquid resistant, so your slipcover stays beautiful for longer. View Microfiber fabric options here.

John Linen*

This performance fabric is woven in a classic linen box weave from a blend of 55% domestic cotton and 45% linen. It’s soft to the touch, and you’ll love the way this fabric feels. View John Linen options here.

Basketweave Performance*
This performance fabric is woven in a heathered basketweave slub appearance. 100% polyester fibers aid in its liquid and stain resistance. A soft hand and classic weave make this a great choice. View Basketweave Performance options here.

Bonanza

This fabric is a blend of 55% cotton and 45% linen woven into a beautiful basketweave pattern. View Bonanza options here.

Denim

This fabric is a rugged, heavy-duty 100% cotton denim offered in a range of warm colors. It’s perfect for homes that need an extra dose of strength. View Denim options here.

Army Duck

This classic cotton performance fabric was first woven for the US Army in WWII as a tent fabric. This fabric is currently offered at Restoration Hardware as well. View Army Duck options here.

Sunbrella Sailcloth Fabrics*

Sunbrella’s Sailcloth offers a classic linen box weave famously found on Belgian linens. Sunbrella’s trademark cleanable, stain-resistant and fade-resistant fibers make this an excellent choice for slipcovers. Sailcloth creates a comfortable and elegant look that elevates any family environment. Vintage Velvet

This fabric is made from 100% cotton pile, woven right here in North Carolina by JB Martin. This 100% cotton velvet has a subtle washed look, showing glamorous yet casual character. It comes in beautiful colors, from warm neutrals to bright and vibrant tones. View Vintage Velvet options here.
